BRAD JOHNSON 1952-

BRAD JOHNSON was born in Temple, Texas, and lives and works in Dallas.  A former high school quarterback and fraternity. president at Texas Tech University, he has long blended leadership and creativity.  Brad graduated  with a double major in Studio Art and 2D Drawing/Printmaking in 1974.  His first major exhibit was at St. Teresa's Show of the Southwest, Austin, TX in 1976.  The first placement of his art was a 4' x  8' mural of the "Hail Mary Catch" at Valley Ranch for the Dallas Cowboys headquarters in 1986.    His works are included in many private and public collections.  Johnson's current work, "Cowboy Heaven"  continues his deep connection to artistic excellence and sports themes.
